The rooftop garden had a pool with comfortable seating. There were also sunbathing areas and a bar with snacks. i ALSO liked the large walk in shower.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly. They were also not very attentive or quick. I found the facilities in the room basic. The air conditioning was centrally controlled.

The check-in was weird. A refund was processed, but it takes days to get back into my account. I get a discount on food because of my job. The receptionist seemed confused! about it and asked if I wanted to pay full price for breakfast.

the rooftop pool was a welcome feature.

The check-in wasn't smooth. Though i had used membership points, i was charged fully. it took a refund process, and the money's return is pending. also, the receptionist seemed uncertain about my employee discount on food.
